Another heartbeat
to soothe my soul 

     ease my worries

 

Arms to pull me close
hold me tight
for no reason 

     other than love

Lips that kiss
without question
light my fire 

     deep within


Eyes that see
the real me 

     not the façade

Does such a man exist?

    I liked the way you wrapped the poem with the title and the ending question. This line is especially good: "Eyes that see
    the real me

    not the façade"
