Mind Doodles.
Hazy headaches,
Erratic bursts of randomness.
Mind Doodles.
Not coherent,
Down the rabbit hole,
‘Alice this ain’t no Wonderland, anymore.’
Transcending thoughts,
Eddies of interpersonal feelings, relationships
Matched and only counter-measured by rational self-priority, self-love.
Nothing more.
Nothing less.
Mind Doodles.
Weeds growing, like enlightenment,
Overtaking my garden.
Unprocessed new ideas
The jigsaw jumbled, the puzzle’s perplexed,
Can’t make sense of it,
Thinking makes my head implode.
Structure collapse.
Shapeless forms and sporadic scratches.
Mind Doodles.

Blow the dandelion,
Spread the seeds,
Wind pick me up and carry me away.
White cotton puffs stemming, barely holding on.
Like death, a ghost still lingering behind.
A new life rooted and ripped from the ground,
The wealth equally distributed; Lenin would be proud.
Take me far, far, and away from here.

Intolerable human nature, animal behaviour.
Violence, love and hate, compassion and confliction, and basic survival instinct.
The maddening repetitiveness of it all!
To hunt and gather,
Eat and sleep,
Go to work,
Kiss your love on the cheek.
Wake up-same thing.

Numbing novacaine in my brain.
Branches stemming from my fingertips,
Covered in leaves, piercing thorns cutting through my skin.

Everything neither black nor white,
Just grey.
No bursts of colour,
Just a grey, grey world.
A desolate human wasteland.
An apocalyptic tune on the violin.
Thoughts…

Racing.
Flat-line.
Staring blankly,
White ceiling, blue sky.
Build an anthill from time.
Why even try?
Why even bother?
Apathy will afflict me someday or another,
Like the plague.
Black hole.
Living room.
Sitting here, awaiting my impending doom.
