rhythm

for which

my heart beats

in

Love

Honesty

Dedications

&

Support.

As I grasp

the memory

of

Darkness

against

my

flesh.

I kiss you back

sending you

on your way

    Beautiful write, Sis. I like the pic you chose for this piece. I also like the part of grasping a memory of darkness. It seemed metaphorical, like maybe looking back at a bad time in life, but hoping that the future will bring better, happier days. Thanks for sharing and best of luck in the contest.

    what lurks beneath the shadows
    of "A Kiss of Darkness" How intriguing.
    Makes me want to go on a naughty

    place secluded by the beach

    Sexy but ethereal and sensitive. There seems to be quiet a few poets leaving lately and I don't know but a handful but it's such a hard task saying goodbye. Lovely handling of the pen sis.

    Piff, this is just wonderful. I care for you very very much. You have had a big affect on my life. This poem is so sad and yet, it is filled with sacrifice. The sacrifice of letting someone go.
