So your sat there with your pill bottle,
Just staring at the wall,
Not caring if you just take one,
Or if you take them all,
I'ts getting oh to much now,
You feel that you don't care,
Because the times you need to talk,
You find that no ones there.
You try to see a future,
But no pictures come to mind,
I watch your eyes search desperatly,
For some kind of hope to find.
And then I see them empty,
With no life in them at all,
As you sit there starering bleakly,
As you face that hard brick wall.
I wish that I could help you,
But I don't know what to say,
And I see the sadness in your eyes,
They get sadder with each day.
I know your crying out for help,
But what am I to do?
I wish I had the answer,
To help to pull you through.
I know you wish that you could die,
But the time yet isn't right,
Hang in there and keep on fighting,
Don't let this be Goodnight.
You've got through this,
For many years,
You've bluffed it, this I know,
Don't turn your back upon this life,
Just let your feelings show.
I'll help in any way I can,
I will always be around,
Just close the lid on those pills,
And put the bottle down.
