The love inside

Even though you disappear
Fading into nothingness
Not a single memory
Why does my heart betray me
As it lets you slip away
Blurring into nothingness
More and more each day
So this picture i will hold
Close beside my heart
never once will i forget

Oh, wow. I really loved reading this. My only suggestion would be to change these lines:
"I can not see no more"
and
"I can not hear no more"
maybe try saying anymore, that would make this poem even better than it already is.
