A teardrop from heaven, a feather from an angel’s wing.
Unique as this would be in a world filled with disbelief.
Nothing could be as special as our first kiss, the moment
Our eye’s met; you caught me deep within my soul.
Emptiness disappeared leaving behind a feeling of love
And warmth, sadness wiped away by your soft gentle touch.
So my wishes upon stars, my long lost prayers of years ago.
Finally there answered this great day, when you say, “I do!”
In this moment looking at the goddess before me, looking
Through into her very soul, deep within her wrapped around her heart.
Beauty, care, love and truth surrounds us, combines us, through
This life and through the next, through the lives of our children.
So in my heart I do pledge to you for all eternity.
Heaven is your home, your home is in me, as mine is in you.

The opening and closing of this poem both grabbed me! I t was really done so well. I cannot see the rhyme sceme though, Never mind that... I Think that this piece is so special!
