Thank you for the celebration!
You know, my dear, I was there.
I saw your sadness and elation
Healing pain you could hardly bare.
Tears and laughter filled the room.
Memories haunted and lifted
Feelings of joy and of gloom.
How time on earth has drifted!
A quarter of a century has passed
On earth where time is kept,
But in heaven, eternity will last
Replacing every tear you have wept!
You will join me in this celebration
Where the party will never end!
So I wait for you with anticipation
Till then, hold onto the love I send.
