Gazing into the eyes of my charmed lover
Reminding me of the brief memories of our past
So sudden they were as I became your possesion
I was struck dumb as I laughed
You buried that gigantic flag upon my back
"Claimed" in bold letters, was it?
And so several nights you swindled me away
I've learned to love much of what you are
But as tears streaked down your flushed cheeks
It was crippling, but I tried fish for that smile
I think I may caught it, maybe
Because your laughter rung in my ears
And so I smiled
Although I am nothing but of fool's gold and rocks
Your eyes saw differently
A treasure of gold and gemstones
But truly?
As you draw me closer with every breath
The air I breathe thins out
And your lips congeal with mine
I become lost in you
In the unending sea of your love
I've been cursed
Entranced in your spell
Lured into your trap
Bound to your love
Everything
My charmed love

Took me so long... to write this xD Not easy racking my brain to write. And in the process, I think I might have sparked my muse a LITTLE BIT xP Hopefully the candle doesn't burn as as soon as it was lit though!

this poem is so heart warming yet for some reason it gives me goosebumps?..and no it's not b/c of this poem it's b/c I was thinking of something I've seen and readin this poem triggers that memory..so I blame you -_-
