upon mystical foundations
love was made.. difference
in grace found upon white and grey.
Delusions of life with hearts
soul-mate, as attraction drifts apart
the shades that truth shows and awaken
the beast...of nightmares creation.. ripping shreds
of future hope and dreams..
Clouds fall as winter rain shins,
breathing in deep as deviant visions
keep me in this world of imaginary friends..
Pushing upon the confinements placed on a
broken soul...screams of devils never heard..
Made of wood and concrete, love caged with
worlds hate, that will not allow the life
for the different human beings..

Intolerance is a nasty thing that should very well go unheeded. I love when a poet has that unusual flare of darkness in their words. Phrases like "imaginary friends" and "upon mystical foundations love was made" always tend to keep stuck in my head because they are just wonderful little openers for imagery.
This is one that goes straight to the heart.
