Dunedin is cold tonight - 6 degrees Celsius or so.
The clocktower counts out the time: 9 chimes right now.
Walking down High Street, the sun
showed its face briefly,
an infrequent event.
The architecture of certain buildings
again strikes me as so beautiful.
I imagine that I walk to the harbour,
I don't have time today because of my chores.
The flowers wait in the Botanic Gardens,
for spring, when they will be majestic again.
I also feel like there's more I need
from the store than I buy,
but maybe it's just that
I need you back here in my arms.

My flat is cold. Come warm me up!
