More than fondness,
more than shared sentiment;
she gives freely without
expectations.
With wisdom and kind words
she courageously stands
by the side of many
who love her.
She appreciates what she has
and yet finds it in her to
excite, to move people
in extraordinary ways.
So much I could say, and yet
that is not her way...
she would want me to continue,
as I'm sure many of us she
feels the same.
The only thing I have left to say
lies lodged in my throat
on a sob, that says with
quiet strength...
I will miss you, Riftkin...
My sister, my scout, my rogue
close companion..I will not forget you!
You will always have a home in my heart.
May your parting be a joyful mission.
May your shelves never be empty.
May your heart remain full and healthy.
May Lady Moon light your path well and softly.
May peace settle upon your daughters,
and your family remain Whole.
So mote it Be!
Merrily we part, until we merrily meet again...

I can feel the warmth radiate from your loving nature, making this a delightful tribute to your friend...v.good freeverse with a moving message, this would make me not want to leave AP, because some friendships made on here can be lifelong

This is a lovely dedication. I do not know this person but feel I should have. You have made her sound so wonderful in these well penned words. This part: "The only thing I have left to say
