I loved him
With a burning passion
But the boy I loved is gone
Nevermore to return.
In his place
Is someone I fear for
Not the beautiful face I yearned for
But one that is twisted in anger
And confusion.
Gone is the soft
Kind
Wide eyed boy
That held and loved me
Who kissed me in the rain
Brushing my sopping wet hair from my face
With a tender touch.
Gone is the caring
Compassionate boy
That grinned even when he was sad
And helped others along
Picking me up when I fell
And hugging me tight.
In his place
Is someone who lost hope
Who drives away kind touches
Of ones that love him.
He's just as lost as I was
But I found my way
He just won't let others help find his.
Gone is the boy
Who wanted to save the world
Who never gave up
And understood everything.
Instead is a boy
Who needs the help himself
Who says nasty comments to others
Who doesn't know what's happening to him.
But others see it
They see it very well.
As he sits there
Lost
And drifting just out of reach.
Gone is the boy I loved
Nevermore to be.

Ugh.. ya... the guy who broke up with me... well, he's driving everyone away, detaching himself from everyone and being mean to those that still talk to him. I tried talking to him about it.. but instead of the person that I loved for so long, was someone that I disliked, I couldn't believe that they were the same... and only a month separate them. He wanted to start a website for helping people who need it, but I don't see how he can do that... when he's so hateful with some of his words. :S I was so confused and hurt.. because he was so far worse than I was. And there was no way I loved him anymore. So this kind of came out.. lol, this is no where near what I wanted it to be, but whatever, it works XD.

I know sadness isn't exactly fun to feel, but I'm glad this poem evoked emotions. As for him... I don't know how he is, he just sorta stopped talking to me... so I sorta gave up on him :S
