when i looked into your eyes
i knew you were the one
your love caught me by surprise
although it was fun
you never had to guess
the way i ever felt
soon i was working less
to make your heart melt
now as we join hands
in this adventure to come
i'm so glad to be with someone who understands
and someone i truly love
you may not be perfect
but you're everything to me
i may not be evrything you'd expect
and i'm sure you agree
but for a couple who is as perfect as us
i can easily say
that i will never leave you
that i am here to stay
