showing yours is what keeps US alive.
We offer ours empathically,
free of charge with a glorious smile.
We are the tether that holds you at length,
the rope that pulls you up when you fall stray.
Hold fast regardless of the burns upon your palms,
the lifeline will never wear away.
Deep breathes we share,
some blown, some forced to sustain.
All storms concieve a calmness,
a moments peace before the reign.
