The screen read I am leaving this site,
and I paused in a moment of awe.
Special is not just a word used loosely,
my respect is far greater than the words I saw.
There are those who could slip away gladly,
that I would not miss at all.
But you are one of the favorite few,
in my eyes you stand so tall.
You will be missed so dearly,
for your words have touched my mind.
Words far beyond your being,
are all simply one of a kind.
I hope you stay in touch,
for you know not your affect.
To say good bye and watch you go,
It makes me pause into reflect.
I wish you all the wonders,
that you so truly deserve,
I will miss your words so dearly,
that you deliver with such verve.

to one quiet poet as my self
Makes me wonder like at the start
if my words are felt, or put on the shelf
I did not think I touched so many
here on a site with poets a plenty
But your words and those of others
let me know that just isn't so
