To a Sapling, Pt 1

What finds itself frozen

  will one day feel;

    what seeds bear through

  will somehow sprout.

     There will be days,

       young sapling, mighty oak,

the Sun, oh! He will shine;

  those are the days

   you soak in

every little ray you can.

Let energy in;

Let the Sun motivate.

   There will be times,

     mighty oak, mighty oak,

the River, oh! He will flow;

    those are the days

     you soak in

every little drop you can.

Let replenishment in;

let the blessings encourage.

Let courage riegn;

Let yourself never falter.

Let the open plain never dissuade your purpose;

life can exist here.

    The only thing Im going to pull at is the word 'itself'- there is no extra s in the word. Other from that this was very good and well executed

    Beautiful. Very well done imagery. I love your style of writing.

    Let courage riegn;

    Let yourself never falter.

    This really stood out to me. A very relational write. Wonderful work my friend. Best of luck in the contest!

    Warmest,
