The demons then release the chains
But the scar on her face still remains

Slowly she disappears
Unnoticed
As if she were never there

As if the chains had never marked her body
As if they had never crawled into her skin
Forfeiting her life
To receive the win

But in the end
They both got their wish
For the demons got her soul to cease
And from the chains she was released...
