Mrs & Mrs Twee got invited to stay,
At a haunted house miles out of the way,
Out of the way of civilization,
To ghost hunters a great temptation!
But Mr & Mrs Twee were unaware,
That this house was haunted by many there,
Many spectres and apparitions to spook the Twee's,
Would they be brought down to their knees?
The Twee's arrived at the grand old place,
The guests of their posh friends Henry and Ethel Case,
How grande they thought to be their guests,
To say nothing of the ghostly pests!
A frisky ghost was on the prowl,
As the Twee's sat down to guinea fowl,
One an amorous teasing ghost,
Of a man once known as Old Harry Most!
Harry liked to tease the ladies,
Many thought for his evil, he'd gone to Hades!
He pinched the bum of Mrs Twee,
And unzipped her dress for all to see!
Mrs Twee jumped up in fright,
But was unable to see who did this right?!
Yes it was the start of some fun,
As Mrs Twee soon became their target one!
Harry Most liked to target the prissy,
Liven up the 'twee' the old and fussy!
He blew in the ear of Mrs Twee,
Making her spill her dinner all over her knee!
Mrs Twee with dress covered in fowl,
Soon got angry and began to growl,
Mr Twee tried to calm her down,
But she was angry with face a frown!
Their hosts thought Harry's mischief was a hoot,
Until Mrs Twee in temper stamped her boot!
Why Mrs Twee was clearly not amused,
She felt so positively abused!
Harry Most was joined by one Cedric Lace,
And he thought Mrs Twee was a target ace!
So in collusion with Harry Most,
They continued to tease Mrs Twee for their host!
Cedric Lace made Mrs Twee's spoon tap her plate,
This rendered her into a shocking state,
Mrs Twee fainted and fell off her chair,
Mr Twee stood over her in despair.
Harry and Cedric pulled her frock,
This brought her around with a terrible shock,
What would they think of next,
Oh dear Mrs Twee scared and vexed!
Another ghost called Mary Moon,
Didn't much care for Mrs Twee in her home,
She blew some wine in her face,
From out of a goblet, ain't that ace!
Molly Rimmer long departed,
Joined Mary Moon, and more mischief started,
Molly made Mrs Twee's napkin fly up and slap her cheek,
Making Mrs Twee scream and shout and shriek!
Alice Flinders a mischievous child,
Thought she would make Mrs Twee more wild,
Alice made her spooky laugh heard,
Making The Twee's even more scared!
Mrs Twee wanted to leave fast for home,
But it was too late for a drive or roam,
So Mrs Twee was helped up to bed,
But her ghostly hosts were one step ahead!
Mrs & Mrs Twee got into the four poster bed,
But Harry tugged at the hairs on Mrs Twee's head!
Mrs Twee was so hysterical now,
Sweat was pouring off her ashen brow!
Mr Twee bravely switched on the light,
But Cedric switched it back off to render fright,
The Twee's were shaking in their bed,
It was too all much to host the dead!
The dead that haunted them during their stay,
That saw them lie awake until day,
They couldn't bear to stay another second,
To take on this ghostly force to be reckoned.
They thanked their hosts for their kind invite,
But said they must go home before it was night,
But Harry and Cedric had to see them off,
So they hid their car keys and stood close to scoff!
The Twee's now frantic searched high and low,
Their hosts tried to help but where did they go!?
Harry and Cedric called out Mrs Twee's name,
They loved the teasing and thought it a game...
But Mrs Twee was not amused,
She demanded her keys back and ghosts accused,
Harry and Cedric hid her bag,
Then Harry called her a silly old hag!
Mrs Twee was hopping mad but fraught,
These ghosts were not the complimentary sort!
It was starting again to go dark and night to fall,
The Twee's in a panic headed for the exit hall...
Harry and Cedric left the Twee's,
A deposit of her bag and their car keys,
Left on a table near the door,
They grabbed them and ran but her then dress tore...
As Cedric grabbed a hold of her dress once more,
A last attempt to cause her stress to soar ,
Harry whispered in her ear "Come back soon"!
But Mrs Twee was shock and shouted "No you goon"!
Harry made the front door slam shut,
As the Twee's left through it, tut tut!
What mischief these many ghosts had made,
Making sure the Twee's departed and never stayed!

Hope you enjoyed the paranormal Twee trip!
