Dancing in the dark,
we hold each other
trying to make a spark.
As you touch my skin,
we swirl around the
room once again.
We glided to the
bedroom,
Because sex is on
your mind, I presume.
Now it is cold and dark,
But for you and i, the bed
is where we shall embark.
Now this fantasy of ours,
Has taken over our bodies
As you sprinkle out lightly
scented flowers.
We shed our clothes and
and tatter them all as if we
were in a rage of fit,
As you grab me, Kiss me, and
I say never to quit.
Now as i lay there
enjoying myself i see
this bright beam,
As roll over to sheild
my eyes from it, Because
I don't ever want to wake
from this dream.

Interesting piece. I like the rhyme involved and the concept this is based on. I can relate to what your saying in your author notes, it's so true. Sometimes I just don't want to wake up from a dream lol this is a cool poem and you had a good attempt. Nice work.
