I love the picture of your hands, first of all - that is just brilliant and beautiful (this from a photographer's wife, so feel very ... proud).
Also, this poem is expertly written. The line breaks were at the most interesting places, keeping the reader on their toes! The descriptions were agonizingly vivid... I could really feel the emotions: the anguish, the frustration, the helplessness.
I'm soooooo sorry you guys are going through so much. I know it's hard to watch someone you love have pain and illness, and not know what to do about it and feeling so helpless.
You guys are so strong though, and I know that things are tough right now, constantly struggling uphill - but I know there's a beautiful peak waiting for you
You're gonna make it to the top and you'll look back together, holding hands and say "wow, we've come a long way"

destiny doesnt want you to suffer, destiny just throws curveball after curveball at us, to strengthen ourselves and to show that we can get thru absolutely anything at all.
it might seem like a little bit of a lost cause sometimes, but we're human, we're built to get thru the toughest of trials and trbulations.
its all a test babe, and you know you can pass. we all know you can pass..

Your words show such pain, gives a direct route to the soul of your torment and expresses it in ways that only one can imagine.
