So i found out my great grandma has less than 3 months to live and i have no clue on how to say goodbye, wont it hurt her when she knows she has to say it one last time? How can you say goodbye and just walk away? I dont think im strong enough.

then don't sy goodbye...just tell her you love her....what's with the need to say goodbye? i mean, everyone's got it....they dont' need you to say goodbye..i don't think so anyways....
