Now darling, you thought that you slipped through
My hands that I forgot all about you.
I haven't forgotten your horrible charades,
Your fake smiles and the way you backstabbed for accolades.
I may have let you slip under the radar for a while,
It was really a head start, keep running.
I'm coming to get you, make you pay.
And if it takes every last muscle
In my body, to bring you to admit
This scheme of a friendship was nothing but a gimmick to
Push yourself forward.
And I would regret the days I ever knew you,
The times I thought that I could trust you
And every moment I saw a glow in you.
For you have started your own war, carried it
Above any beyond what it needed to be.
And I will bring you down,
And when I’m done defeating you,
I’ll pretend you never existed
Or played a part in my life.
It's like selling your soul my darling,
You don't get it back.
The damage is done, you will pay.
