Immortal Seeds of Comfort!

Forthwith bring plowshares and daggers, come unto me.
We who have lived render ourselves to death.
Not apprehensive of eternities unknown factors,
for we venture for the promises of renewed life.
Refelecting on the great pioneers of antiquity,
who pave the way in darkness with the light of tomorrow.
Enlightened by hope which maketh not ashame.
Only evil men fear to tread where courageous hearts ponder.
Pledge anew your hearts to realms of obscurity,
understanding that nothing stays the same and
all known entities soon vanish like vapors of mist.
Yet, life is eternal, though we perish we shall revive again!

Author notes

11. You can use the photo at the top(not the pirates photo) as prompt to write a poem along with either the subject of the celebration or along with "Are you prepared for the end of the world as we know it "

This poem deals with the end of the world notion.
Being prepared for whatever.

The phrase,
"Forthwith bring plowshares and daggers, come unto me."

its an attention grabber. A metaphor which says,
Urgent, all you who aren't afraid of dying come with me
and see what the future holds.
I believe its silly to fear the unknown because you
only sacrifice your today and lose everything in the
process. We should rather have faith and be fearless.
Knowing that life holds so many miracles and wonders.
Death is merely a journey from one dimension to another.

    Excellent

The circle of life continues into the unknown and re- births again keeping it's knot of eternity ever hidden, a smooth and polished story that few realise is happening, until they have an attack of deja vu. This poem tells the truth that few of us want to read is that energy cannot be created nor destroyed, it dissipates into another unknown dimension. This poem is well worthy of applause and I am pleased to do so.
