I've heard it said that "you are what you eat"
but I think it should be
'you may become what you read', maybe
This is what happens when you sink your head into a book
you become a nerd
who hangs on every word
An 'apple a day' may keep the doctor away
but a book a day
won't keep them bookworms at bay
