Impressed

I'm not depressed, or repressed, in stress or out guessed;
I've His Word in my heart & my mind
I must express what I'm given, in Him I'm driven;
His Second Coming's fast approaching now in time
Quicken your pace, all you chosen of the One;
don't be bothered by the futility around
The author of deceit would have us bewildered;
he's in pursuit now to rule our mind

Let's be impressed, learn to digest;
The Food from heaven, He alone can feed you well
The world will ensnare you, it won't spare you;
with your attention there you'll surely wind in hell
I’m impressed with His Spirit,
He leads me in The Way I'd go
I can rely on the Truth He's given;
His Son in flesh Who’s soon to come & speak

He’s The Word, He speaks the Truth, He’s The Sword
He’s the discerner of what's real
He’s the Life we’re given
He’s placed upon you His righteous seal
If you’d live eternally than focus,
on the reality of life within each word
It’s alive, cuts through to the marrow
Life's blood released by The Sword

If you’ve the zeal to seek tomorrow,
then show by your action you're not dead
All those who see will be convicted,
when they examine themselves they'll be in dread
Envision the future we've been given,
focus on the glory we’ll see
All that we go through will be a wonder,
in eternity forever we will be
