as i stand there on the cold winter morning
love settles in like a cold
only deadly
a huricane could have done less damage then this
why couldnt it stop
this little curse of love
both were beautiful
and both were perfect in every flaw
but no one could decide
East
gentle, kind, promising
like a quiet piano
West
brave, reckless, heart on his sleeve
like a beautiful bongo drum
with each so different
how could they expect me to choose
the sick lullaby
motercycle roars
nothing would change and if i could, i would
if a tempest came and swept them away
i think i would be better off
barely alive, but breathing
free
of this sick dream
the haze of love

Those lines brought memories of my own flooding back
A powerful write
