Standing on the fringes of life
you are only shown so much,
tonight I saw another side
and it feels like I've been touched,
by the hands of an angel,
or maybe it was you
I've had you on my mind tonight
from the start all the way through,
I hope that this isn't the end
and I hope that we can still be friends,
because it feels like I'd do anything
just to see you again,
and tell you how I feel
Girl, you're more a part of my life then you'll ever know,
and it hurts me deep inside that I'll never be able to show,
just the way I feel and
tell you how much you mean to me
If you ever come to read this,
I hope you know it's to you,
and I want you to know:
I'll always think of you,
and keep you with me
wherever you may be.
