Glanced Prejudice

To always see things as you do,
To never open your eyes but believe it's true...

A heartbeat that quickens without expected peering,
A look that is finalized while truth is dissapearing...

You lay your eyes upon what you feel,
Believing is seeing, your wood is steel...

Twenty-four hours in a day to the real,
Sometimes eighteen, or thirty-six, depends on how you feel...

You judge a person by their skin or their sex,
Without realizing the outside is what the inside affects...

To see things as you want to see them, wrong or right,
You're mind will never stray afar from dark without the light...

If you view the world with hate and fear,
You never truly realize, things aren't as they appear...
