I often have problems
I don't understand
I feel upset by things
that no one else by my standards
has right to hear
Lonely is a problem to those
who concentrate on themselves
like me sometimes
Lonely isn't a problem to those
who look outside themselves
like I have a tendency not to do
I can't explain what it means to be loved
although my words may seem like I have been
I don't feel as if I ever have
for all who have said these words
I find myself second guessing
I often have problems
I don't understand
I find myself almost begging
Please...
take the time for me
take the time to get inside my mind
take the time to help me find what's wrong

Well I was gonna say work in progress but I think I'm done as I feel all emotion has been drained...

Honey I hear you I truly do
Being heard and understood is what we all look for these days .I know myself at times feel lost and I feel if I told anyone they would feel I was whining. But its deep feelings that seems to grow and I at times feel helpless to stop it . When I feel this way and you may think I am silly but please don't .I take a notebook and get off to myself and I write down as though talking to myself everything that comes to my mind that i am thinking and worried about and mad about I mean everything .When I cant think of anything else I give it a moment and relax . The I re read it slowly back to myself when I am done I take each page and slowly tear them up and throw them in the trash its a way of cleansing the mind and riding oneself of these feelings and leaving them behind.It removes stress and often stress keeps us in a rut. Often we feel others don't understand and often they don't because we don't give them the whole story on just how deeply we feel about our problems . Once you have done this then you will feel and see the love you have for yourself for you have to love yourself for others to be able to show their love in return . Know how wonderful you can make your life and how rich it is by being able to walk and talk and not be sick of mind where others have to care for you . Hold that gift you have and nourish it and bring light about you for honey this is something you can do you can feel life
and be able to talk to anyone at anytime of wondrous things and smile and the world will smile with you . Talk to me anytime Im here everyday and I so love you and want you to be happy and free to enjoy every minute of every day.

no I don't think you are crazy I actually am greatful for your Idea I always write them down but I never rid myself of them and people kinda have started to look at me funny cuz I carry this full notebook around and write in it but I don't know thanks for your comment and thanks for your contest...it's been a great help already
