Standing at the entrance
on the threshold of all my dreams,
with one word of acceptance
I'm held forever in His keeping.
The entrance to His paradise
is open until eternity,
within each soul life He did breathe;
search,
find the purity.
For then the vision becomes so clear
the pathway straight and true,
for though I stumble and often fall
His grace is there to guide.
I have my own free will to use
to choose my own journey's desires
and with my faith in His true love
I will tread life with interity.
This pilgimage isn't easy
for there are many great temptations,
I must chose the end of my own road
within His mercy I shall walk.
The doorway to salvation
is there for me to view,
under His everlasting forgiveness
I am bound forever home.

This makes me ache to have your faith! It sounds like such a comfort! I agree we have free will.. I'm not a believer in 'fate' as such, I think we choose our own paths..
Another lovely write!
