Chemical killer named love
Losing hope is unacceptable
Finding love again is at great odds
The ticking you hear isn’t a near by roadside bomb
But the ticking of your heart
The pillars of time stand firm as the angels descend from the skies
The human lies are lethal to the human soul
If society were to take a poll
Of what kills you faster
Out of all the disasters
99.9 percent votes will say other
Understanding that the other point is love
The disease known as love can kill just as much and just as fast
As the flu
True scientist will figure that out
But love to us is an emotion
A chemical bond of things in the human brain, that sends out messages to the heart.
The heart the registers all of this and sends out a response of Holy Sh*t
And in time the Holy sh*t becomes a lethal weapon
It is like a gun
The gun acts as the body and the bullet is the emotion
Once the bullet is released and traveling to its target
The world stops
So instead of fighting with weapons
Fight with love
Your target will never know what hit them

this is a poem about the chemical known as love.. weapons and diseases are known for mass killings but what about love

i loved the ending after all of the tension and build up. i thought you were going to say that love is a wepon and it shouldnt be used but you said the opposite and threatened the reputation of weapons and war! i could never have written this.
