Standing tall

As the lotus leaf stands high above the water
So will I rise above your lies
I will stand tall against your accusations
I will not yield to your condescension

Nor will I stoop to your levels of manipulation

Overcoming all that befalls me

Congratulations! It's a hard thing to do, recognizing the ploys of a manipulator and acknowledging that it's just not worth it.
