mother's hands

small trusting fingers
wrap loosely around mine
there grip feathered light
but yet with strength

and unconditional love

smooth velvet like skin
unwrinkled and milk white

innocent eyes

tenderly naive idolizing
adoration sparkling in there depths
that look beyond the barriers
set in placed as they grow old

a pool of youth untouched

angelic beauty and graces

flawless child like conviction

a vast unspoiled pure soul

echo's of two merged into one

mirror images of a soul unique

at the hand of a mother

Some beautiful imagery and thoughts about the relationship between mother and child. A few proofreading/minor grammatical errors distracted me a little, but a lovely poem overall.

Well done. Mothers hands have a kind of loving touch which is unique. Only mothers have it.

A mother's eyes may not always look upon her child with love and the hand's may not always have a loving touch, but the love is there, unconditionally. well done!
