I am not quite sure how this is supposed to relate to the option written as choice, or the general idea of the contest itself. I am glad that you entered, but had hoped some poetic thought could be entertained....

Perhaps your idea of poetic thought is not close to mine. The idea of emerging horizons is quite clear to me - rules and regs are aimed at tying people (CHILDREN IN PARTICULAR) down so that they don't hurt themselves. Knife culture (awful word in the circs.) is rife here and kids are adopting it willy-nilly (emerging horizons) and no rules will prevent them from these actions

it says you chose option 2 yet you did not use the title and I don't see how your write at all relates to emerging horizons.

Unless my eyesight is worse than it actually is I can see NO requirement to USE the option title as a title. The idea of emerging horizons is quite clear to me - rules and regs are aimed at tying people (CHILDREN IN PARTICULAR) down so that they don't hurt themselves.
