Patch had a scratch that made him itch
the one that made his wee tail twitch,
so he searched in the alley's for a sweet K9
and found a mongrel with a bottle of wine.
He declined her matted wagging tail
and announced he was not for sale,
"my balls go far when i pitch
and i'm looking for a nice rich bitch."
Don't want a poodle with a pink bow
it has to be a pedigree with plenty of dough,
he found a scent that made him stir
and found a Labrador with long blond hair.
He waited for days outside her gate
and low and behold it was worth the wait,
his mate he found and a love began
so they added a litter of nine to their clan.
