Listen lords and ladies in waiting
Fortune lies within your grace
Sell your souls to fill the larder
Dressed up in all your finery and lace
And lay your tributes at my bleeding feet
Stand among your peers and patrons
Silken gloved and pompadours
Holding court beneath these flowery bowers
Behind all your locked doors
And I swear you'll never be complete
Lord I'm at your grace's leisure
Milady I'll lay before your feet
I'll take your worldly possessions
For your soul is mine to keep
Ask the captain for his bearings
As he sets sail into the wind
To course the seven seas of wonder
With all the emptiness within
Defy these laws of nature
And try to just survive
The darkness lies in waiting
You'll never make it out alive
Make your challenge to great Neptune
But make it with a dead pan smile
For you never look at what you see
You are condemned without a trial
To sail forever these seven seas of wonder
To sail forever and not be free...

"It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see."
