impeachments inject
aconite, to highlight
staccato imperfections,
inscribing decadence
in dead-weight desires
and trenchant truths
tiptoe
with hush-hush unease,
perchance acceptance can prance
in reticence of ruse.
contrition collapses
in shame's scungy digressions
as pillory of pretence
reverses its reign.

Great alliteration though one or two made me stumble as I read especially 'scungy', its a wonderful word BTW.
not to sure here, I think maybe the alliteration was a little over done and the poem would have been better with a little less of it.
Thank you for your entry
