Sorry

Thousands of tears race down her face
Trying to avoid her shaking hands
That are furiously trying to wipe them away,
Trying to erase the pain

Her body shakes with such intensity
With every sob
That she can only sit,
And hope to get through it

Her small frame gently rocks back and forth
As she holds herself close,
Desperate to not break again,
Desperate not to let anyone know

Her long hair meant to hide her face,
Stuck to the places where the tears had been
Further proving that it's all real,
That it's not going to disappear

She's trying not to break further,
Trying not to show her pain,
Trying not to be found out,
Trying to break free of the hell she's in

Please tell me what you think

A highly emotional piece, highly descriptive through the use of the terminology within and the stanzas are in perfect order, and the concept of it is saddening and the last line is just superb to conclude it. Great write!

    Really good piece!
