listen to those sad love songs
about unbeautiful life
and missing someone

listen to the empty in the rest of the house
listening for someone that might care
listin knowing that no one is there

chapped cheeks and sodden lids
nose stuffed
the night wears on and on and on

soggy headaches and kleenex
instead of laughter and roses
all alone at night

rethinking every action
wishing to rewind
knowing its impossible
slowly loosing my mind

I cant even begin to count how many nights Ive cried to myself and now I still fight the temptation to let myself break down
