Like predicted, the smile is erased with raindrops
I can't say goodbye yet
While the fake "I" stands
Like a cynic
Shouting joy when my bleeding core asks for help
Extending my hand only for grasping pain
I surround myself with deception
Watching love once lost
Hugging each other like the community they are
Bonded
Linked
My nonexistence erases their tears
I wonder like a spirit
Without regretting my tough shell
I hug myself
Reaching a new stage of happiness without laughter
My entrances are calculated badly
And a happy face is displayed in the moments of mourning
But the chorus resonates inside me
The piano plays the same melody
A requiem for the premature burial
I creep after the last traces of love
Like if a heart was ever going to be drawn for me
Stasis folds no gentle words
I dance between shadows of Christmas and my birthday
Normal days meant to be enslaved to my grin
Rotten wings and spread arms welcome the idea of destruction
While beyond the curved lips
You can find a death god's emptiness
Monotone like the colors of a monochrome rainbow
I close myself in sanity
As the snare hits with failure
I'll give you a flower
Holding 46 corrupted chromosomes
My brain is paralyzed
All my nerves are knotted under the umbrella
I shield myself and dig inside
Sinner.

Thanks for entering! This poem truly showed emotion, though I hardly believe that that is your current mood..

Well, I can't do anything if you don't believe me. I can tell it was my current mood some hours ago, before going to sleep, now I'm up again and like... numb.
