I look in the mirror
staring deep in the reflection
like taking a picture
time comes for introspection
now a masterpiece
skin soft, smooth and clear
someday the mirror will laugh
in realization of my fear
time never changes
it rides the course we take
to some it's a comfort
til it passes to foresake
for now i smile
a painted moment in life
it will find my tears
replace the quality with strife
