The Wiseman’s whisper floated along soft winds,
arrived to this beauty’s waiting
inquisitive ears.
“At ponds edge, if kneeling
and truly at one.
Praise almighty powers,
drink of these giving liquids
My child,
innermost harmonies
wait patient for your presence,
Will you come forward to receive?”
Tempted;
feet followed pebbles,
and pathways
Discovering angelic gifts
In waters trickling,
playing relaxation…
Birds singing melodic harmony
pacifying her weary soul.
She delicately kneels
facing miniature temples,
magically secluded within
shaded fern surrounds.
Snapshots… merry memories
‘trip the light fantastic’,
like Fred and Ginger
so gracefully, through her mind…
Her prayers come out from hiding
Able sight, now the fog
has cleared
Silently, she sets them sail,
high towards the heavens…
Wishing home wasn’t calling
she leaves with one final
glance, smiling
as the Wiseman’s face, appears
in the waters gentle flow.

What a beautifully presented page! I like the whisper floating to her inquisitive ears, innermost harmonies wait for your presence, angelic gifts in trickling waters, memories, prayers come out from hiding and sets them sailing. Very refreshing and calming write.
