Reading a good book or poem can get you in a good mood or give you something to do, but it is so, so, much different when you read something you love that you yourself wrote, and you hope that everyone that reads it gets the same impression and amazing feeling you do whenever you read it.

I know this feeling. I often think that I am being Narcissitic, reading my poetry over and over; but that is how I make improvements on them. Good motto, and true, because often we are our own hardest critic!

thats sooooo true! I find i write things about how I feel and then read it back and think 'hang on i didnt know i felt like that' and it helps me understand myself better.
