Her beauty is unmatched
as she watches from
her perch on the moon.
Her heart is full of love
for the joy she knows
this world does hold.
Longing to be apart
of this earth once more
but knowing her time
here has ended.
So she watches
as time unfolds
praying for just one more
chance to hold the ones she love.
