Wait around for someone who
said they really care?

A friend shouldn't make another friend
wait for them to come back,
when they think it's convient for them.
How lame is that?
I have other things to do,
things I want to get done.
You think that I don't have to get things in order also?
I still made time for you and for whoever else that wanted
to hang out.

Ah, you've quite well describe situations I've found myself in, in years past. Very well written indeed. I always like it when I can personally relate to the subject matter of someone's poem Thanks for sharing. -
Anger and frustration bleeds all over this piece. Could use some revising. There is much potential for a real solid piece.

this is an overt expression of disgust at bad friendship. something is obviously not going to plan - that's the problem when we have expectations - as they are hardly ever met and can only cause disappointment.
