My Love

Those are heart burns
Like droplets as they cling to me
Not long before I had wept for thee
But you in your sweetened tongue told
Left my folds as whimpered cries crush me cold.

I faced this freedom warmth
And your kiss melted in cozy sprays
Down the drain my sobs unheeded stayed.
Give this lover back I said and wantonly craved.

In tear drops I walk
Drying my body and my soul
It is your caress touch that takes the toll.

Rain drops, rain drops I yearn for love,
Bring him home; I will love you more.

o there is so much emotion in this poem. so romantic yet I feel such a yearning and a sadness, a weeping. Very very well done and so expressive. Love, truetome.
