Contest prompt: Lyrics for post brand hardcore, screamo, Rock, and metal.

What can I say.....a little "ticked off today" politically..economically...

I grew up with the best electric guitar, bass, and drummers of the
day. My hubbie has pounding music that plays in his shop all day.
perhaps...it's loosening the nuts and bolts of our self-induced apathy
attempting to escape the political realities confronting us today.

Man...I'm sure glad i'm old...wouldn't want to have live my whole life
knowing......
that right off the bat
wealth will be a challenge to accumulate
because of the need to pay down a trillion dollar debt.

It's raw but with your talent i'm sure you could make it pliable.
p.s. I feel so much better now! (exhal...e)

    its seriously gold! i love it ears I am putting this in my list I be such a little busy body on here but I keep my word I had to drop in as promise you just reminded me why I am glad to not be apart of this world I am a Jehovah Witness so were're waiting on our President Jesus Christ the best president who has the answer for everything not a man made president who is only promised 4 to 8 years at the max Satan and his demon leaders don't have what it takes to be a president but I can bet Jesus Christ does loved this

    Wow, this certainly establishes an angry and outraged tone from theoutset.Great use of dentives and aural imagery to emphasise these feelings too. Love the use of the repeated 'we are the billion dollar babies' - (babys???) This really stings with rage and I love it! It's well structured and I can definitely hear it in my head, it's definitely no acoustic version...!
    Thanks for such a thought provoking and honest write, how refreshing not to read something that's completely sefl obsessed, there's a lot of that floating around here. Your subject really is something to rage at.
