He's waving his arms in passion
gestures of love and honesty
to a crowd of thousands he cries
and he brings them to salvation.
God of Wonders was on the roof.
The walnut waved at a streetlight
and that's where the magic began
the light opened up and glittered
the bugs couldn't help but join
And so Christ was a powerful shadow
the friendliest I've ever witnessed
My mind raced with the marvel of Him
How simply he could show me grace.
Just like that I was changed
in a way that hadn't happened for awhile
in a direction that looked real sunny
and in a severity that shook my core.
I'm coming back to the heart of worship.
