It seems today that
We all strive for
A way to gain
Immortality.
But can we really
Achieve that goal
Or are we just
Fighting for nothing
I guess that only
Depends on your
View of your own
Immortality
Most people believe
It to be a
Way to live life
Till the end of time
But it truly is
Living on through
Love's memories
After you are gone.
Author notes
i didnt realize till after i wrote the first verse that i had written 5,4,4,5 but I liked it so i repeated that for each stanza
