Walking catacomb deeps
earliest traces of man
where beneath castle keeps
our souls destiny began
wrapped in spiritual divinities
longing journeys sublime
hearts bonded loves serenities
endure lost ages tunneled time.
Missing steps on precipice path
Montsegur battlement walls
French inquisitions Cathar wrath
Deaths burnings stakes calls
two bonded hearts lovers tears
killed in battle, Templar Knight
Cathar maiden burned in heresies fears
loves destiny souls, in love unite.
Ages pass, time comes and goes
some souls return, others, this earth they never leave
in rebirth, no one ever really knows
hearts bonded souls of love have destiny to believe.
Only two things change all things,
one is love, the other is death
death only in mortal decay it brings
love to bonded souls eternal life's breath.
They will one day know
passion flowers subtle gardens embrace
angels petal wrapped halo
destinies silent twilight of loves amazing grace.
